FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I BRING IN DECORATIONS?

We encourage any and all decorations for your event. We want your dream to become a reality! All we ask is that you take down anything you put up.

DO YOU HAVE NON-ALCOHOLIC OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WHO DON'T DRINK?

Yes! We have special half off pricing for non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, milkshakes and sodas. Talk to our event coordinator about these special circumstances.

CAN WE HAVE GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 ATTEND OUR EVENT?

For semi-private events all guests must be 21+. If you are securing a private buyout for your event your guests can be all ages! Reach out to our events coordinator to get the best pricing.

IF I'M RUNNING LATE, CAN THE PARTY BE PUSHED BACK?

Unfortunately our space and rentals are very regimented and additional time is not promised to any late parties. If there is a delay on our end, guests will receive full time they paid for.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD OR BRING IN A CAKE?

Outside catering is allowed for an additional charge. Please be sure to communicate to the event coordinator. If you are only bringing a cake there is no additional charge, but we do not provide candles, plates or utensils for a cake. We have a fridge to store your cake.

ARE SHOTS ALLOWED WITH MY PACKAGE?

While the wristband deal gets you unlimited cocktails and boozy milkshakes, it does not include shots, neat pours, or squirrely milkshakes. All of these can be purchased separately.
